Terms of Use

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of Otha: Daily Planner for Notion ("Otha", "the app"). By using Otha, you agree to these terms.

The service

Otha helps you plan tasks using Notion databases you connect. The free tier lets you connect one database. Otha Pro unlocks additional databases and field mappings. Otha is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc. "Notion" is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc.

Subscriptions and purchases

Otha Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings under Subscriptions. If an annual subscription includes a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. After the trial ends, the subscription charge applies unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. You can use Restore Purchases in Otha to restore eligible purchases. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices may change as permitted by Apple's rules; Apple will notify you and request consent where required.

Apple as a third party

Apple's Standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ applies to Otha and these terms supplement it. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for Otha.

You are responsible for your Notion workspace and its content. Otha reads and writes the database(s) you connect, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.

Don't use Otha to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the service, or violate Notion's API terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Otha.

Termination

You may stop using Otha at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially violate these terms or if needed to protect the service.
