Answers to common questions, and a way to reach us for anything else.

What does Otha get access to in my Notion workspace?

Only the database(s) you explicitly select during Notion's own connection screen. Otha can't see the rest of your workspace — Notion's authorization step is where you choose exactly what to share, and Otha only reads and writes what you grant.

Can Otha see my whole workspace?

No. Access is scoped to the specific database you connect. Otha never requests or receives workspace-wide access on its own.

What happens if I disconnect?

Disconnecting from Settings immediately removes Otha's access token from your device and forgets the local connection. Otha can no longer read or write that database. Your tasks stay exactly where they were — in your Notion database.

Does Otha work offline?

Yes. Otha keeps a local copy of your tasks on your device so you can view and edit them without a connection, and syncs your changes to Notion automatically once you're back online.

How do I delete my account or data?

Disconnect the Notion workspace from Settings to remove Otha's access, and delete the app to remove everything stored on your device. For anything else — including any account or session record kept on our server — open Settings › Contact support in the app and we'll confirm deletion.

Is my Notion access token stored on your servers?

No, not long-term. The token briefly passes through our server (encrypted) during the one-time connection handshake, then lives only in your device's secure storage. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. We don't sell data, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Still need help?

Open Settings › Contact support in the Otha app. It opens a message with your app version and device already filled in, so we can answer without a round trip of questions.

Contact runs through the app rather than a published address, so we can route it to the right place as the team changes without leaving stale contact details on a page.
